Connect
A global network linking members, communities, organizations, institutions, initiatives, and strategic partners.

A global networked and digital movement that connects people, knowledge, initiatives, and resources so art can become a living force for healing, community, learning, and social transformation.
The 21st century is shaped by displacement, trauma, polarization, and the erosion of belonging. Art offers more than expression: it creates meaning, restores trust, opens dialogue, and helps people move from experience to shared action.
All around the world — artists, educators, therapists, social entrepreneurs, activists, researchers, and communities — use creative practices to support and strengthen hope, participation, identity, and resilience.
Most of this meaningful work remains local, isolated, and one-off. SoArt is being built as a shared global infrastructure for connection, documentation, learning, recognition, and cumulative impact.

— Foundation charterOne week. Local action. A global movement for social art.
Social Art Week brings together artists, communities, organizations, institutions, and cities around the world to explore how art can strengthen people, build community, and create social change. Each partner creates from within its own local context, while becoming part of a shared international network of learning, collaboration, and impact.
Shared vision. Local autonomy. Global connection.
From community projects and public-space interventions to education, healing, dialogue, and future building, SGW turns local artistic action into part of a wider international movement.

Topaz International develops and supports social initiatives that connect people, communities, knowledge, and action. Over the years, its work has brought together educators, artists, social entrepreneurs, community leaders, organizations, and institutions across diverse social and cultural contexts.
Within this work, art has emerged not as an addition to social action, but as a powerful way to build connection, strengthen communities, support healing and resilience, create dialogue, and enable people to take an active role in shaping change.
SoArt takes this accumulated experience into a new phase: building a global movement and professional field for social art. It carries forward Topaz's experience in social entrepreneurship, community development, partnership-building, and applied learning — while creating a growing international network where local knowledge, artistic practice, and social action can connect and develop together.
